Yeah! I scrapped for myself. I’ve been scrapping for contests and the IBCA and I haven’t been able to complete anything just for me that I can post wherever I want to. I took a series of photos of Tarrah today after a storm we had of her playing in the mud puddles.

So, I had the day off today and I’m trying to get some work done for the IBCA. My goal is to finish three pages today, but Tarrah is freaking out because it’s so bloody hot. We have no air conditioning, and we’re both cranky. So, I took my mother’s suggestion and put her in the tub. To make it more fun and like a day at the pool, I threw in her pool toys and put her sun glasses on her. It’s hard to choose just one photo, so I’ll post a few!
I thought since I hadn’t posted in a while, that while I was learning, I would give you guys a little something. I’m trying to learn the how of things so I can create more professional looking kits.
Anyway, enough of that. This quote came to me like a slap in the face. No really, as you all know, I work at Michaels and next door to my store is a Hallmark. Well large as life in their window is a banner with this quote on it and I just absolutely LOVED it when I saw it. So here you go!

AAAUUUGHHHH!! I only have a week left (end of month) to add anything to the BIGI DIGI Contests @ Scrapbook.com. I’m nervous. I really think I have a shot this time at winning. Oohhh, that would be soooo great. I could really use the equipment right now. New printer, new computer, new camera, software, new digi kits! Of course there are lots of prizes for runners up too. Everybody keep your fingers crossed. All the LO’s posted below this that were submitted I had to pull (fine print on contest rules). You can’t post them anywhere else. Anyway, my challenge for this last week, is not to scrap Tarrah. They’re all of her. The problem is that Dylan doesn’t like his pic taken. But, I’ve been able to get a few recent pics from Jen and Jenny!
Jen is a girl I work with. We went on a trip last weekend to the Syracuse Mall and Dylan had a ball. Jen had brought her camera, so we got a few candid moments of Dylan. Jenny, my sister, was able to get a few this last weekend also, when she came to visit. Here’s a great one from the mall:
